A Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) is a person who helps particular person needing health care aid. Under direction of the certified or licensed nurse, they helps patient to live their normal living. In hospitals, nursing homes and caring centers, we can’t ignore the role of CNA as they are an influential member of health care team. The necessity of reliable person beside a nurse was important for ever. Many of them have wrong thought that nurses and CNA are same. Beside these, their work include answering patient alarm, observe patient mental and physical condition and report any improvement to nurses, escorting patient to any other room for treatment, prepare patient for therapy, take care of patient movement i.e. standing and walking and finally most important to take care of patient hygiene i.e. there should be cleanliness around the patient. CNA can deal with any age of people; they may be children, adolescent, elder or old. CAN Classes in Chicago train people to be calm in emergency and stressful situation. And Certified Nurse’s Assistant must take care of patient comfort and security while serving any work.
